What have we done this month?

D.U.K.E Enterprise was legitimately recognized as a registered company under the wing of American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) by the Company Secretary.

Distribution of Shares
Duke Enterprise started distributing shares to various shareholders. Shareholders consisted of students, teachers of SMKDU and corporate advisors of IBM Malaysia.

$ wise: RM 700 worth of share was distributed to 70 shareholders. Each share cost RM2.

What is YE Program?

AMCHAM introduced the Young Enterprise (YE) Program as a community education program in 1989, with the purpose to enable Malaysian Form-4 students (16-year olds) to become entrepreneurs, by creating and managing their own companies. This extracurricular activity enables the students to learn about entrepreneurship, and gives them a hands-on opportunity to learn about the day-to-day aspects of the business world. The program enables participants to develop skills in teamwork, business acumen, and other areas that will enable them to become stronger leaders and entrepreneurs in the future. The YE Program is recognized and supported by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Entrepreneurial and Cooperative Development.
